I made a comment about the lack of iPad support on the fb page and Joe responded they are aware and plan to address. The drilling so deep into categories and sub categories was also noted.

Where do you download the beta at? It actually was upsetting the other day, a customer asked me to send an invoice and I had to do it on my iPhone took 10 minutes to load, click, send.

If they could catch up with HouseCall on this soon - we've been happy with everything else on service monster completely expect MOBILE.

yeah Ben.... I'm waiting to go live before I decide between HouseCall and SM. I'm impressed with the HouseCall because it is so mobile friendly. I'm hoping SM will knock it out of the park but I'm concerned it isnt going to come to fruition.

You have to be a SMUG user to play with protype. And it has to be through Facebook. Kinda lost me when I wanted to play with and possibly help input. I'm not into the Facebook

We do a lot of stone and it's a bit more detailed oriented work orders.

It was suppose to be done by now,

One issue that will remain- it will not support off line data entry.

I did however use mobile 2 last month to collect a customers signature on work order-

We will see-- a lot of Mikes concerns during the webinar seemed to fall on deaf ears.

Please don't confuse Mobile2, which I've always had an issue with and is web based with Mobile3 (native iOS and native Android).

It's not available to the public yet. It's in active development based in our demo feedback.

You currently have to be a SMUG user to play with it but it will be available very soon. We are just a few weeks behind schedule. Hang in there.

Btw, concerns NEVER fall in def ears. Many if the questions that were asked in the webinar are being implemented for the first release. Including weekly view, monthly view, and quick-add.

Joe,

When do you expect that we will see full implementation on beta so we can actually run thru a full process and not get stuck where features are not yet implemented?
