They also handle the WoolSafe on-line course too. I did that one a month or so ago. The mechanics of the courseware were adequate but lacked any new age multimedia that I think would have greatly enhanced the learning experience.
I though the WoolSafe course would be more enlightening than it was. If you have a
IICRC Rug Upholstery and Carpet you will learn very little new but it is at the very least was a good reinforcement of cleaning principles and precautions. One of the most interesting points was their remarks about buffers and previous cleanings affecting or causing dye transfer/migration as a potential outcome of any subsequent cleanings.
