Seen this hose from Steambrite and wondering if anyone has used it and how well it holds up.

I had one of those. What i really liked about the hose was the very thing i thought id hate about it. I bought mine at the trade show in Las Vegas in 2016 from dultmeier supply. What i thought id hate is how stiff it was but it easier to maneuver with it it was harder to carry from the van its smaller in diameter and cooler to the touch when using because it uses rayon braid instead of steel the ends are (at least the one i had) stainless. The outer casing is plastic and will cut easily on door seals and is easier to puncture to rayon versus steel braid all and all i want to buy them again but i can only find 25',50' and 100' and i want 75' another plus is they are quite a bit cheaper than neptune 3000 buy it try it you may quite possibly like it too. Im going to try Steambrite monday and see if they have 75 footers!

Exactly the same thing Cobbs supply sells.

I’ve got a 150’, and a 250’ section.

I’ve had mine for about 4-5 years, and have babied it the entire time.

I NEVER hook it up to the TM directly.
We always run 100-250’ of Goodyear Neptune before using it.

We only use it on long hose runs, and high end jobs when I’m concerned about ‘tattooing’ on high end carpet in million/mutiple dollar homes. It stays cooler on the exterior jacket….

It does retain heat over long distances, however, it a PITA to work with.

It doesn’t like to go around corners very well.

It’s fragile.

It’s very light weight.

Good back up solution hose, but I would never use it as a main line.

I ran mine for about 3 years as my main hose before i snaged it and ripped .

I don't use standard wands i clean with rx20 then rinse and dry with a drag wand this hose really really shined with the drag wand because it was so light and stiff enough to stay outa the way
