im in there all the time. in fact i ran out of pre-spray today and had to use half a scoupe of blitz and a lot of grease breaker. it was a trashed daycare so it did great, but i wish there was an emergency supplier around puget sound.

Mike, did you see what the Big People had to say on your original thread?

there's some questions that would help.
It's possible conditions are causing the probs and a new motor may have the same issues if it's certain conditions that are the real culprit

Lets go over the details of your problem, that is what this board is for help, not just bitching, what exactly was repaired to date?

What exactly are you looking for in the realm of compensation?

If the Dist. is getting reasonable support from the Mfg. there shouldn't be much "in between" here, it's actually an oppourtunity for the Dist. to rise up and be a hero.
