flooring install is booming in our area, tile/laminate/carpet doesnt matter.

Home prices have spiked so high and inventory is so low people are not cleaning as much as they are just installing new... customers and realtors are complaining that install guys are booked months out.

anyones company here also offer installs?

Never did or do carpet, we do a little hard surface flooring though
mostly as part of the work scope on a rehab or remodel

Hardwood , laminate, ceramic and LVT
Only do sheet goods if small and/or easy like bathrooms or an 11.6 x 15 kitchen

Love the good quality snap-up laminate
it's almost like stealing it's so clean, quick 'n easy
LVT second best
Ceramic is a pain my azz due to mess, weight and needing a second day to grout

No interest in being a flooring biz contractor, but don't turn down many that come our way.
UNLIKE carpet, (which we don't do) It's good profit work in the existing home market.
Less so in the new construction market...those guys get squeezed pretty hard around here
I don't even try to compete with them

I don’t install. There is no way in hell im going to lift carpet. But, I’ll gladly fix whatever the installers screw up, and get paid better for it then they do.
