Just left our shop, total and complete disaster. Apparently a pipe burst early this morning and nobody even knew, one of the other tenants seen water leaking in their shop and cut off the main line. We had no residential jobs today.

The worst part is the building is super old and former industrial site, looks even worse then it is.

Should have become an accountant or a teacher or something....

After cleaning it up last night, some a-hole {another tenant} turned the water back on this morning before the plumber fixed the pipe. So when i came in there this morning was even MORE water.

Good news was this one was on the landlord, he had his maintenance staff clean it up.
