I got to an empty house I was supposed to clean for a Realtor and it was 5 degrees inside. I called him and told him he had more problems than dirty carpet. I suppose if they don't just plow it under and sell it as a lot I'll be back to clean the carpets sometime later.

The 2 units damaged by the flood will be paid in full by the owners insurance company. The insurance company is taking the tenant to court once all the bills for repair come in.

I had one just like yours Larry except the Chinaman didn't just turn down the heat over Christmas, he left a window open. It got down to -1 here last week. Downstairs tenant was also away. It was too big for me. I had to turn it over to a bigger rest. co.

Just found out today the guy that done this moved what belongings he had left in the apartment in the middle of the night. Wonder if he thinks the insurance company wont track him down
