most "low cost" option I know of requires 110vt power supply....AKA, an extension cord

you can plumb in a regular ole sump pump.
If you don't use a an inline filter to strain carpet lint, use a sewage pump
a top quality pump costs around $200-$250.
Mics plumbing and fittings will run around $50 or so
couple/few hours to install

Pump, 1.5" PVC and check valve inside the tank.
Conduit for outside and thru the tank plumbing.
end of conduit gets a 3/4" male pipe thread fitting for garden hose hook up
(use 3/4" commercial garden hose for discharge hose)
