I have different numbers:

March-20 AM--- CA had cases 1039 and 19 dealths
March- 21 Midday CA has 1241 cases and 24 deaths.

That's a 19% increase in cases and a 26% increase in deaths, Which is good.
The shelter in place mandate is saving lives.

The national death rate in 2 days increased by 90%, 138- to now 263
Its slowing, I looked at the numbers before I went to bed, then when I woke up. Your timeline is longer that's why its higher. Anyway, not trying to split hairs, but it seems to be slowing. Still at 1241. Well see what the jump looks like tonight.

We are cleaning offices and have special requests for cleaning and disinfecting door knobs and handrails in common areas a couple times a week.
We are turning away new accounts because we can barely keep up now.
If we won't work now someone else will take it.

How many of those are confirmed cased? Does that include those who have already recovered?
I thought this was an interesting read.

I still do janitorials for all my dentist and mechanic shop. Include law office. I still clean window and carpets. I absolutely have no contact with anyone to begin with.

My cousin is stressing. Shes working at John Muir in Walnut Creek. They can’t get more masks and gowns. They told her she can’t bring her own mask. She’s like screw that! There is a doctor that has a cough and running nose that is examining people even though hes showing some signs, they won’t let him take a test. This is just ridiculous.

We gave our daughter 5 mask if she gets written up oh well.

They have been clearing space and getting ready.

There were 2 confirmed cases here that were sent home.

Sam, I’m not sure where your daughter is but Sip and scoop on Oak St. In Brentwood are collecting masks for health care workers

She at holy cross mission hills ca.

She normally works oncology,

People who are in emergency rooms get mask and those who are in the containment area where carona victims are, they have full hazmat suits.

So she's technically not in the line of fire yet.

Be a good time to go on vacation. If only there was somewhere to go.
I just got back from a 2 week vacation at a condo in St. Thomas. It was really nice there and we could have stayed but my wife and I felt it is better that we be in our own home.

Now the Michigan Governor has issued an executive order closing all non-essential business. Now I have another 3 weeks of vacation...

I thought in the guide lines we cleaners fell under Essential? Not that I'm getting any phone calls other then price shoppers and a lady who want's a guarantee on cat urine being gone.

From Bill Yeadon post... We are considered essential all States it looks like.

Good news has been hard to come by, but I think this helps. All states where shelter-in-place has been indicated cleaning and restoration firms have been deemed essential. Thanks to ISSA. Probably fine, but people should stay home anyway. It's working.

My government job puts me in different homes all the time, but currently people have to meet me outside unless there's something really bad happening inside. Then I have to wear a 95 mask (running out), gloves and eye protection.

Carpet cleaning can wait a few weeks just in case the experts are right.

Speaking of getting gasoline, before you grab that handle off the pump, or insert your CC, take a Clorox wipe and clean the CC machine buttons, and the gas pump handle!

So, you have a government job?
Are they paying you while we sit at home?
