Weve been sitting at 62% repeat rate for quite some time. some times it drops to 59 and has been as high as 65. I have many clients who religously call me each 6-12 months on que. I have them marked as non active in my SM becuase they dont need remnder cards. I'm not sure if this causes my repeat statistics to be lower or if it makes any difference?

My repeat rate is all jacked because i do alot of vacant houses but they are categorized as customers. . Should i do somethi g different with them in service monster
