I wasn't really looking foward to the job - 1200 sqft chapel, 2 viewing rooms and offices etc.

There were 3 or more deceased in caskets to keep me company, the guys played 'musical coffins' while I went from one viewing room to the other

I tried my best to get outta there before dark, but the sun went down on me sooner than I hoped. It wasn't as creepy as I thought it would be - I stayed away from any Vincent Price movies for the last week just in case...

My funeral homes never have the bodies out when I clean. If the families found out, I'm sure they would be upset....I would.

I've worked in an embalming room while there was a dead guy, covered with a sheet from his stomach down, lying on the table.

OMG, did they have a 'clot' in the plumbing?

Lids have always been closed when we clean ours.

I was never curious to see which ones were in use.
