A couple of weeks ago I had to buy a new battery for my TM at AutoZone. Since then they have sent me no less than four emails asking me to review their stupid overpriced battery. This is why I hate giving my email out to businesses. If I unsubscribe then I don't the coupons. Anyway, I submitted the following review. Maybe they'll stop emailing me now begging for reviews.

"So auto zone is constantly sending me emails to review what I bought from their store. This constant clutter of AutoZone email is annoying. So just out of feeling harassed, I'm writing this review of the car battery I purchased for my Truck-Mounted carpet cleaning system. The battery works as it should. I installed it and turned the key to my machine and it sprang to life. It's really hard to get excited about a battery but as I write this, I'm reminded how expensive this silly piece of led, plastic, and acid was. I love my battery so much, I might make a little tux for it and take it to the next wedding I'm invited too. Who knows, it may even be worthy of escorting me to a funeral. Oh how I just love my battery. So nice and heavy, it never rolls across the floor of my van. The flat footing of the rectangle shape is just perfect. I can't imagine the years of engineering that went into perfecting my battery."

Could probably say the same thing about your carpet cleaning, "my carpets were dirty, Damon came in and now they're clean. It's hard to excited about it, after all, he is a carpet cleaner and that's what I expected to happen"

I had AutoZone's best battery sold at their store #1 in Memphis. Back home few weeks later it wouldn't hold a charge. The local store wouldn't swap it out but insisted I leave it there over the weekend on their trickle charger before they'd even consider a warranty claim.

Never again.

On the other hand I've never had a problem with Walmart. Once in Ft Wayne IN and again in Marion VA in the middle of the night. Swap, and GO.

I got another one today but this time it was from O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. So I gave them this.

“What a wonderful experience I had purchasing this gallon of oil from the store. I’m so happy they have my email address so I can constantly get emails from them begging me for reviews. I’m so happy I decided to buy this oil. I slathered it all over my body and slid down a grassy hill. The viscosity of the oil held up and I didn’t get a scratch on me. I then used the oil to grease all the door knobs of my enemies homes and then parked across the street and watched as they tried to get into their homes. Oh the good times I had with this oil.

Also, I’m Italian and have lived with many years of greasy Italian jokes. But I want you to know, even though I’m a greasy Pisano, a little bit of this oil in my hair had me feeling and looking like Deon. I felt better than Run Around Sue on a date night.”

Damon, your reviews are reminiscent of Haribo sugar free gummy bears...
Check it out, there’s something funny about another person’s anguish...
