Avatars Gone?

Do any of the administrators here know why some of the avatars have been deleted? Seem's like those with photobucket accounts.....me, Marty, JimmyL.....have had there avatars deleted.

I was trying to repost an avatar, but I can't figure how to reduce the file size so that MB will accept it. 7kb don't seem like much.
