Since shampoo and encap are not an option for me in a residential environment. The only thing that worked for me was a less wide wand and dry passes (slowly) from all 4 directions. Always a chore. Hope you charge plenty.
Made for in plant cleaning, if in a rug form.

Rx 20 would do just fine. Smaller heads, individually sprung and enough weight to flatten the pile a little.
