my re-caulking video is that long..

But for the janitor in denial who hasn't a clue, its worth the pain.

There is no need to caulk that tub. The tub has a lip, 1 inch high that goes around the back of the tub. Couldnt tell if that was a one piece surround or not. If multiple pieces then the seam might start to leak and with no caulk would be able to drain, the caulk would trap it.

Would you have ran the silicone up the wall a 1/4 like Leah?

don't know what you mean "up" the wall??
1/4 inch above the bottom of surround ?
I wouldn't of
I'd of filled the gap and stopped the upper caulk line at bottom flush with wall

you should suggest they wipe the standing water off the rim when done showering
cause it'll be black gunk'd up again in 18months if they don't

Mister, it don’t matter whose fault it is. Your fault, my fault, or nobody’s fault, one wrong move, the tub gets it. Do you understand? Do you understand?

Hey, the play by play on your caulk job sounded like a tennis match on whose fault the nicks were. Or John Wayne and Richard Boone talking about making a wrong move in Big Jake. So, do you do those as an accommodation?
