Bathroom tile cleaning (Pricing help)

I do a lot of residential tile but not much commercial.
I was asked to give a price on 6 commercial bathrooms.
Average of 100 sf of floor tile in each bath (1 inch? or so tiles)
Average of 175 sf of wall tile in each (4 inch tiles 4' up)

So all in all 600 s.f. on the floor and 1050 s.f on the walls.
I know it will be slower working in stalls and around toilets and urinals,
sinks and counters but
where do I need to be to make roughly the same as I would cleaning
at say 50 cents per s.f. on plain residential tile?

Bathrooms look like they have had dirty mop water slung around them for
20 years or so and the walls a lot of soap scum but not terrible.

At least $1 on the floor - try for $1.50, the walls - .75

Plan on high pH clean/scrub and followed by a strong acid clean/possible scrub. Get yourself a pressure wand for the walls. Tell them to take all the toilet paper/papertowels out of the bathrooms. And nuke all of it with the pressure wand - tell them no extra charge for steam cleaning/sanitizing the stalls.

Get some baseboard stripper for the tougher spots on the walls - works well.

Don't promise the world.
