one of the BEST advantage of a direct drive is the FREE HEAT.....
off the vans motor..........properly plumbed a van motor hottest spot is after the water has run through the engine and JUST BEFORE it enters the radiator it can be as high as 220 or 230........
this is FREE...and
SAFE heat...............
aircooled lawnmower engines CANNOT produce that kinna heat..........wit their exhaust alone!
