Interesting, In the beginning CD bashed all steam extraction cleaners. Then they came over to the Dark Side using an RX 20 with fart bubbles. Now they show a portable wand with probably #6 jets, no vacuum. Truth in marketing needs to make an appearance at Harris Research.

If they told the truth about their marketing, they'd be out of business.

I find this statement a bit weird:

"In fact, in homes that have carpet, up to 80% of the dust and dirt brought into your home could end up in your upholstered fabrics and furniture. "

Does that mean that only 20% is deposited into the carpet??

If you don't have carpet, where does that extra 20% go??

Harris Research appears to be very confusing for this newbie.

Oh thank God for this. Maybe they will finally stop calling me to clean for them. I do sub work for Service Master and Belfor. I always cringe when I get the calls because it's always just one room or some bullshit thing their employees messed up. Then there are the customers. They have just been through some sort of personal disaster. I'm the last guy they see in the process and by that time, they have been jacked around so hard by the resto company and insurance, they're so bitter and impossible to make happy.

I'm so happy they will be sending in their little ChemDry hacks now. Yahoo!
