Anybody using this product? My local interlink was having a customer appreciation sale and a vendor from Benefect was there promoting their products...besides smelling good, as a deodorizer, it also kills germs and states it’s highly used in hospitals. Is anyone selling this as a sanitizer for those health conscience customers??

I don't recommend selling "Sanitizing" of carpet, because you aint..

I carry it, but Its not an everyday product for me

I use it on the odd biological cleanup as an alternative to quats, and because its registered you can "claim" sanitising

It doesn’t have the tuberculosis kill claim sonwe use the original benefect broad spectrum or we like legend brands botaniclean as it is just good stuff!

No matter what product, you should charge for "Applying..... product "

NOT for sanitizing, disinfecting, deodorizing but the application of the product.

I can apply a disinfectant or a product with disinfectant qualities. But I can't guarantee your carpets will be germ free.
You see I only clean the surface of the carpet down to the backing. I'm not cleaning the pad or the floor underneath. I can't promise those odors or contaminates won't wick back to the surface.

That's my spiel.

And I've been using odorcide.

Don't think that odorcide is in the same ballpark as the others.

I carry it and apply it upon request after explaining the limitations. It's not much of a money maker because you buy it RTU for around $25 a gallon. RTU protector is what, $8?
