Best carrier to get liability insurance from.

Have been in the business on and off for 40 years and it has been a long time since I found anywhere near a bare bones liability policy. I am a one horse operation and the last couple of times I obtained insurance it had 30 add on items that did not pertain to my business but they could not be separated. Does anyone know of a carrier that has a fairly clean policy that covers liability and not much else? Am starting a new company in the Florida Panhandle and could use your assistance with this. Thanks for the help.

I don't think the difference between a bare bones policy and one that has you covered as best as possible could be that far apart price wise when you let them know you are running and operating alone without employees.
