I've done the 4 day ISS program. Only about 10% of the time is in classroom. Rest is working stone & tile. Just be prepared for a lot of hands on work.

TOG training is excellent. You will learn stone restoration(basics as no 4 day class on the planet will cover all there is about stone restoration) tile and grout cleaning/sealing/color sealing. www.thisoldgrout.com
