If their email adress is not already linked to their account youll have to go to the their profile and add it and save first

Double check the settings in Service Monster too. Make sure sales tax is showing on a "work order" as well as "estimate" when you email. My sales tax was not being shown unless it was an "invoice".

SM helped us correct it.

I don't call them much but I keep SM in my contacts. They are always QUICK to resolve any issue I've had, even while in a custy's driveway.
