Commercial O-Cedar reversible flat mop Sam's sells. Swap out the metal handle for hardwood. Pretty indestructible.

No, actually pretty simple. Keep plenty of spare heads and use the same rig to: dust mop, wet mop, apply vct floor finish and Saiger sealer.
