Not signed up as far as paid advertising but I did submit my website address to them.
Although, I see that my yellowpage ad is coming up as well (paid ad) so maybe that helps with the regular search?

Just checked my stats and May and June my site seen know hits from Bing . July has already seen 13 hits on my site from Bing. Must be all the advertising they are doing.
