Biosweep. How do I imitate this? (ozone odor removal)

I want to know more about how to do this. I assume someone teaches this. Can anyone get me started? They are charging my apartment complexes $300 to do when I fail at getting all the smell out....

They are using a combination of Ozone and Hydroxyl generators. Ozone machines have been used for years to remove stubborn odors. The Key is you have to clean as well as you can and use the Ozone machine as the last step. It's kind of like, there is a big lump of stinky cheese in the middle of the room, or maybe Chavez is there, trying to get the cheese. You can Ozone all you like and you can temporarily remove the odor, but the cheese and Chavez are still there, stinking up the place. If you throw the cheese out the window, Chavez will probably follow it and you can turn on the Ozone generator and get rid of the last traces of that foul odor. Leave it on overnight. Hydroxyl generator are similar, they usually use ultraviolet light and take longer but people can stand the exposure. Ozone, you must remove all people and animals (Chavez) from the area.

We sell it in a water-soluble form, and lots of customers use it for tough smells.

Chlorine dioxide is very soluble in water . . .

Only the water solution comes in contact with the odor-causing substance.

will it bleach out fabrics and carpets? What, if any protective wear is recommended?

It can. Its a risk you take on fiber and fabrics.

We've used it on hard surfaces using an electrostatic sprayer for application.

"Used" it for disinfection. We no longer do.

Reading what it does I don't see why it would work better than ozone. I've never use hydroxyl but my understanding is it works the same except slower and the area can remain occupied. Chavez is certainly the board expert. Open all the cabinets and closets ,turn the a/c to on and let it run. When you say failing to get all the smell out, out of what If the source still remains the odor will return. I prefer odorcide to kill odors in carpets. It hasn't failed me yet.

It is a process that uses PCO to create Hydrogen peroxide in a dry gas form. The only way to be trained to use Biosweep is if you are a franchise owner. The machines are extremely powerful and can only be used by certified technicians. Look to see if there is one in your area and if so I encourage you to try it.

We have been using the machines since 2009 with success in very difficult odors such as cigarette, cury cooking oil, pet odors, METH lab setups, bat feces, Fire restoration, ect.

They typically are not used soley for carpet cleaning business but can be a nice add on. Hope this helps

How strong is the Hydrogen Peroxide? Dry Gas form would be nice as it will penetrate very well. What log kill are you getting with it?

Log kill of 6plus depending on application. The difference is the size of the molecule. It is plasma gas and not a vapor droplet like with misters or thermal foggers. since it is dry there is no bleaching affect on soft fabrics.
