Black commercial carpet runners

A commercial office account I have wants to lay down runners along thair traffic lanes. They want long continuous pieces in some areas, maybe 25-30 feet. They found some at Home Depot, but the bottom rubber was not the soft kind, it was the cheap hard "plasticy" rubber that did not settle down flust to the carpet, and would not give up the ripples.
They asked me to look int it for them, and of course, like I have nothing better to do :roll: , I oblidged.

Anyone know a good source for quality black runners in long lenght?
