My Black Friday sale went kind of ballistic with new wand sales.
Unfortunately I didn't send this email out with all the orders so here it is now..

Thank you sincerely for your wand order. You're going to enjoy it tremendously and the wait will be more than worth it.
Because most all of our wands are modified by the manufacturer and built one by one, it may take up to two weeks for the wand to be completed and then shipped.
If you ordered a carpet wand, the Glide and sometimes the assist handle will be sent out separately ahead of time.
Shipping times can vary tremendously these days so please don't book any appointments for this particular wand until it is in your hands.

CRB will make any ole crappy wand with a glide good! And if you know how to use em with the proper brushes, they won’t corn row. If it does, dry stokes will remove em.
