black stain on hw floor

ive recently encountered two instances of black stains on hw floors, most likely caused by old urine damage. is there any kind of poultice or product that might help to correct or lighten this stain. in each case the stain is maybe 3-4 years old.

Ya,that is moisture and you might be able to screen or sand off.
