HOW TO GET BLACH OUT OF CARPET – METHOD # 1

  1. As soon as you notice the bleach stain, immediately blot it with water and paper towel. Be careful not to scrub or rub the bleach, as this could worsen the stain.
  2. Mix ¼ tsp of mild dish soap with 1 cup of warm water.
  3. Pour the solution over the bleach stain and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Once the stain has dried, rub it with a cloth or sponge, working from the outside in so you don’t spread the stain.
  5. Rinse with cold water and dry.

HOW TO GET BLACH OUT OF CARPET – METHOD # 2
  1. Mix 4 cups of warm water with 2 tbsp of white vinegar.
  2. Pour this solution over the stained area of your carpet.
  3. After letting it soak into the stain for about 5 minutes, rub the stain with a cloth or sponge. The bleach stain should gradually start to disappear.
  4. If the bleach stain is still visible, repeat step 4 until it’s no longer there.
  5. Rinse the area with cold water. The vinegar smell should eventually disappear.

HOW TO REMOVE BLACH STAINS FROM CARPET – METHOD # 3

  1. Blot the affected area of the carpet with water and paper towel as soon as you discover the bleach stain.
  2. Find a crayon that closely matches the color of your carpet.
  3. Begin to color in the carpet fibers, making sure the color is absorbed.
  4. Take a wet towel and gently blend the color into the carpet.

Neutralize the bleach with potassium metabisulfide. Rinse thoroughly.Repeat. Use your dye hot as it strikes the fiber best at over 120. If you're any good at it you can bring it back with blue , red and yellow. You can't dye olefin or polyester .

This is wrong in so many ways
  • Step 4 says to repeat step 4 until it's no longer there. .....
  • Step 1 says pour a quart of water mixed white vinegar on the stained area without knowing how large it actually is.
  • How to get BLACH out of carpet? What is blach?
:hopeless:

Blach is the noise it makes going in.

Steve Mathie and the Ropers will teach you how over the phone. Right Shorty?:stir:

I'd gladly give the Ropers, rope.

Preferably over a branch on a high tree with a noose around his neck, with him standing on a ten foot high platform that's ready to collapse.

I've never met Harry. Haven't heard anything about him, except on line. Dusty still has his Luv a Rug business going in Victoria.

One last question:

Do you know, or have heard of Roger Koh in B.C.??

He had The Leather Doctor franchise.

Roger is on the far left, next to the late Gary Heacock, then Elwood John Watson with the hat on.

Time to pull the finger out & get to work, on a Sunday. 😤

I think the leather doctor is out of business now. I've never met Roger but I used to see ads for the business. We lack leather professionals here right now.

Geeez Shorty. I had Gary Heacock as my helper one day. Wonderful man and taught me a lot. I had lunch with Roger Koh and Lee Senter when Lee was teaching a class here. I never did meet Mr. Watson. I don't know who the guy in the bright yellow knickers is. An all black number would help. 😁 I remember Roger squirting a 2 ph cleaner on his face.. Yikes! I think I still have his phone number on my cel.
