If you have not seen it yet, some guy put a prochem in a nice open top boat to service other boats.


On the right lake he could do real well.

Ah YES!!!

Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley, an untapped gold mine. I live five miles from the dam marina. I've strung 4-500 feet of hose many times. I could stuff a 405 in an inboard and use it for propulsion as well (would be a putz...no skiing).

Next winters' project...

I think that is the right idea for that area but not just for boats for the houses on the lake as well! There would be way to much driving time going from place to place, but if you are in the water it makes the travel faster.

In Kentucky Lake you'd never notice. I can't believe people swim in it it's so muddy in the spring.

The fine for dumping would put him out of business. He has a 100ft hose for dumping back into the marina.

We had a guy run out of water and pump it OUT of a lake for cleaning once.

He didn't do it again. It made the carpet just a bit dull and smelly.........

The local Steamway distributor put one in the back of a cabin cruiser several years back, and then sold it to guy that specializes in cleaning boats. Just have to make sure you have the right insurance...

Put it on a barge, then you could write off the boat and tow the barge when needed.

We have 100s of live aboard, and float homes in this area.

I would think this service would bring top dollar.
