I have a bad habit of eating at fast food joints in between jobs. Wendy's, MacDonald's, etc. I am in a hurry and that fills the craving. I know it's not good for me, I mean, just look at Damon. How many of you take a lunch with you? Do you make it yourself or does your wife make for you? What's in your lunch?

and I wouldn't walk across the street for FREE Micky-dees burgers or those gawd awful chicken nuggets

fries and chocolate shake, maybe
but everything else on their menu is crap

if fast food burger is stopped for, it's Burger King DBL Whopper w/cheese .

I am usually there before 11 am. Egg macmuffin and a coffee. Our Burger King's suck here. Wendy's is much better.

just keep your protein higher and eat a bar or have a shake during the day.

doesnt matter how many calories you burn, the fast food is a slow death

3 eggs over easy sausage or bacon 3 pieces of toast a couple times a week.

Burgers apples pears bananas and whatever other leftovers are in the fridge on my way out.

Occasionally stop for fast food.

Usually a good dinner too. For a skinnier guy I eat a lot.

I pack my on. I keep it warm in a Hotlogic portable oven https://hotlogic.com. Have a 110 version. There is a 12 volt version or you can get a 12 volt inverter that plugs into a 12 volt outlet. Very little draw. Keeps food at federal food safe tempature. There is a large one for a 9x13 casserole dish for the people of size that can eat a whole casserole for lunch.

I usually have a glass of orange juice, a hard boiled egg, a banana and a bowl of Cheerios for breakfast. Don't have coffee until after my first job.

Wendy's chili and water cup no bun or bread for health reasons. Mostly 5 days a week it takes up space and I'm full of beans.jz

I have eggs and oats with blueberries and honey every morning with 2 slices of turkey bacon.

Lunch is usually a turkey sandwich and apple and I keep a good supply of bananas even though they give me the farts.

If I'm close to a place with real burgers I might stop but I can't do fast food because of the preservatives I'm allergic to.

My blood sugar crashes exactly every 2 and a half hours due to hypoglycemia so I have to eat all the time or I get shaky.

Eat healthy and I guarantee you'll have more energy.

For the last two months I’ve had the cooler every day with six water bottles and five Cliff bars. I eat a bar every 2.5 hours with a water. I have a protein shake for breakfast in a regular supper.
