Borax?

If one were to hackishly boost his pre spray with mule team borax, how much might one add to ones mix?

Try around 5-10%
Its not 100% water soluable till around 160 degrees.
Higher concentrations % used = Higher % of residual borax granules left behind. Good for flea (pest) control
but does increase resoiling on the carpet.
There are better performing ingredients that work better then borax.

It's also abrasive on machine plumbing, so keeping the % low is a good idea..
