How often do you check it and what psi do you fill them to?

The suggested pressure is on the door or the tire but do you use that recommended fill pressure?

Any of you guys have nitrogen filled tires on your big rigs?

How often do you check the torque on your rims?

not that often, and get down there and read what the recomended pressure is I'm guessing around 60 to 80 psi on those box truck tires. torque should be about 130 to 150 max.

Ours are inflated to 80 psi, the recommended pressure on the sidewall. Checking the air pressure is important on the rear since one inflated tire can support the flat mate... until it doesn't. You'll get uneven tire wear and eventually damage the rear bearings by running one tire severely underinflated. Never check the lug torque unless a vibration develops.

Air is 78% nitrogen. If you think a higher nitrogen percentage will make you greener, go for it, but your payback for the extra cost of nitrogen inflation is never.
