BOXXER 427 QUESTION: (no heat)

Went from having all the heat we could handle, to NO HEAT AT ALL.

Nothing.

Just happened today.

Diverter switch is on, dial can be turned all the way to 230 degrees and we got nothing.

Any ideas?

is your machine constantly dumping water into the waste tank? Is your diverter arm moving when the diverter switch is flipped? Have you checked the orifice?

nope. getting no response when hitting the switch.

I would check to see if your diverter arm is binding and not moving in and out properly. If it is try and lube it with WD40. Also check the amount of vac on your diverter solenoids.

Check the wire's underneath the water pump...i've seen some that got wet and shorted out...i agree with pac too you should be able to manually move the diverter move it into the on position and see if you get heat....
