cold calling (well after some correspondence) some Office Buildings in the area

SERVICE MONSTER which includes
Customer management changes
Customer marketing changes...IE better scheduled reminders, thank yous, confirmations, promotions etc.
Training
classes on
SERVICE MONSTER, and follow up classes...and reading a whole hell of a lot about it.
I have
read 4 books in the last two month on marketing including Chet Holmes and Michael port.
I have
joined both of their websites to create better marketing stratagies..every idea is an idea worth checking out.
Working on
lowering overhead in other areas to open up funds for marketing and IMAGE.
Always checking my
image marketing and improving where needed.
Expanding my business to other areas
Expanding my business into other services
Establishing those relationships
writing a book geared towards housewives ...yes about carpet cleanging but it goes deaper...and quite entertaining I must say.
Did I mention I am a single father who hasn't seen my daughters mother in 8 years?
Ex-wife just died about a week ago...not my daughters mother
Ok, now I am just whining.
All of this and everything that goes into the preparationg to make it happen. It's the behind the scenes stuff that take so long.
DBA's, Bank Accounts, accounting...you name it.
