Our two month old sapphire 370 is using rinse but the meter stays pretty much at the bottom shaking around but not going up no matter how high I turn it
If I hook up a open line it will adjust as high as I want. Then switch to a 6 flow wand and it won't
Any help would be appreciated before we have to drive 1.5 hrs to the dealer

As in your dwyer meter is on six? That's a super lot of product being left behind. Most products recommend 2 on the meter.

The meter really only shoots up when priming. After that is should go down and only go up when the wand is keyed.

More than likely is fine you just gotta figure it out.

I mean, surely they disty amd/or sapphire can't screw up a brand new unit? Ohhhh wait...

Pull the pump head off and check the rubber diaphragm. It may be chewed up. When that happens, the lines will jump around.
