I need to find a commercial contract. Never needed one but I just got burned on a construction job. Never had a problem in 7 years. Where can I find one?

Ed Cross has some terrific contract forms, some are free, some will cost a few beans, but at least they're written by someone that absolutely knows what they're doing.
