so is there any reason i couldnt buy one of these and run it on a timer in my own home for clean fresh air?

then if i need to use it, use differant filters and use it on jobs.

is there such a thing as air thats too clean?

Sure you could but you could probably add more filtration to your HVAC system too. Most people use "rock catcher" filters, they don't really filter much. A high efficiency filter would be a major improvement over a rock catcher. Get disposable, so you can just replace it and not fool around with washing it. Washing them sometimes can have its own issues of not properly dried.

The 500 will trap 99.97 of the particles down to .3 microns in size. Do you have trouble with dust, pollen or other allergens?
