Can the Zipper SS be used on Tile and Grout Effectively?

I'm interested in the Zipper SS, I like Mark S., my only problem is I clean tile and grout 99.5% of the time...I might be tempted to take on potential carpet cleaning jobs, but I am mainly interested to know if it can clean tile and grout as good or better than the Turbo Hybrid?

Not good for that application.....

But Killer on greasy grimy carpets!
