yes it is a wrap from my local Wrap shop, it came out really nice, I think it was a cool,good idea, and yes it was Mikes....not so sure about the shovel handle though....he did just try and start a new cuff craze again.

Looks nice, but I’d prefer the nylon armor plates of the other model.
