Mrs. Willy got me a nice shiny new laptop for my birthday. I'm curious as to what software would be good for keeping track of accounts , scheduling , etc.

Suggestions?

Microsoft Works has all the software needed. I generate invoices, schedule, and create a data base of customers. You have to do the designing. If you are cheap like me Willy; I use templates to create invoices, and works calendar to send reminders to Windows Mail, Works Data base works for your data base build.

We use Service Monster and Quickbooks. Service Monster has an easy interface to Quickbooks. Service Monster gives you information you can use everytime you login. Must Have. I also suggest having Microsoft Office. I find powerpoint to be a nice tool to use to design advertising pieces. Excel and Word also come in handy.
