I am taking the carpet repair cert next week and was just curious how many of you make money on repairs and how often you are doing these jobs.

I did Steve Andrews course a few months ago.
Doing about 2-3 jobs a week for my regulars without promoting at the moment.
Just did a simple re-stretch of one wall today in one room for $113.62
Plumber had pulled half the carpet back along one wall to check for any water leaking.
Job was five minutes from home & I was only there for a matter of minutes in an empty house where a key had been left in alockbox for me.
CREAM. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Since doing the course, I have made enough money back to pay for my trip, the course and the equipment I purchased over there.

I just ran my numbers from last year and I did $47k in repair work, but it easy for me because I'm a carpet installer by trade!
