Pressure drops 200 psi when triggering. Assuming it is getting adequate water to the inlet side(which I'm sure it is), is this a valve or seal problem?

I should add that there is also a hard pulsation on the pressure side.

That's exactly what was happening with my cat 3cp pump. Cleaned out the unloader and greased it and it came right back. Could also be your check valves.

On every tool at all pressures
Hi Shane..
If the pump ran dry you might need to put a seal kit in it.
I used the the Cat 290 pump for 18 years and had to change the piston seals twice in the first 3-4 years when I let it run dry.... then I bought a Hot kit for it and never changed the seals again.

Check the inlet filter first

I had a cat pump that acted the same way. A sliver of a brass thread got stuck in one of the check valves keeping it open.

are you sure there are no airleaks, Shane?

No air leaks

Pressure lose on all tools but the more flow the tools has the greater the lose.

Checked the valves today, no debris but some deterioration from cavitation. Had some new ones so I installed them. No change in operation. I'll pull the unloader tomorrow and check it. There is a very noticeable pulsation in the solution hose that is not normal for this unit.
