Had to chase a realtor down to get paid for cleaning a shothole. Took almost 2 months. After being begged to help too. It was a $1000 job.

I did 1 Wendy’s way back in the 90’s. It was local and the chains business office was local. I keep not getting paid, so one day I went to their office to talk to them. They locked the door as I walked up the sidewalk.
