CEC's from Mikey's fest 2014

I attended the event and filled out the IICRC sign in sheet but the IICRC is telling me that I have zero credits. Who do I need to contact?

I have never once received any credits, even when I feel out the forms. It's like the IICRC isn't happy if they aren 't getting any proceeds from the on going training event
