Center console recommendations?

Do any of you guys have a super sweet center console? I have one that is ok, folds down and flips up for a third seat. What I am looking for is one that takes up the whole middle, has like 2 cupholders, storage, and possibly an icechest/cooler setup in it. Would a custom truck place be the way? or does anyone out there have one they really like. Pics would be sweet.

On my new van ('06 Chevy 2500) I went with the Prochem 65 gal. water tank so it would free up room from having the tank behind the machine. has a built in spot for the work order box and 2 large cupholders. The van console alreay has 3 with a small storage area underneath. I'm real happy with it so far.
