Can I use my brush head on my 175 for pre-scrubbing cgd or do I have to use red pads?

As long as it is not a concrete brush you can. However, I have both a brush for mine and for CGD I still prefer a red or green pad.

I only use the brush on residential.

Ok cool. I figured a red pad would be best but I wasn't sure. Thanks!

Check into a cimex machine when u can. Lots of people with finance for a year no interest.

One of the best tools you will ever put on your truck.

Yes, a brush will work well for pre-scrubbing CGD. This is especially true on oily, matted down restaurant carpets. Brushes also dig up a fair amount of grit and crud and are a life saver on homes loaded with pet hair.
