Hey guys. Today, we cleaned some tile covered in sheet rock dust after some renovations on the place were done. It cleaned up great, but when the grout dried it looked really chalky. I rinsed if with an acid and it still dried chalky. I don’t know if it was from the sheet rock dust or soapy residue or if it was just one of those tile jobs where the grout dries chalky looking. I was wondering if you guys had any tips or advice on how to handle this situation now and in the future. Thank you.

Could be sealer residue, ask if they have left over of the same stuff so you can try and reemulsify it.
Or clean the floor with very low pressure (100 psi) and speed dry it, OR buff it off with a nuetral cleaner and a MicroFiber pad and a 175 or OP
