I see quite a few people say if they started now they would do some type of encapping instead of HWE. I have a CRB and have encapped some commercial stuff and a few houses. These places really weren't very dirty though. I'm considering getting a Vario OP machine from Rick G or maybe a Trinity. Just exploring different methods.

Maybe in commercial work but not residential. You have everything you need already.
If commercial cimex is great BUT its useless unless you are going to spend 5-10 hours week selling the jobs.

Believe me, you don't want to end up with a warehouse full of $hit you rarely use.
