chem . I pump problem

I lost my prime the other day and i cant get it to flow. i get it to prime but then she wont flow. It has a new diaphram gasket... any ideas.....

I take water from the service hose on my machine and force feed it to the soloution pickup tube. It is a little messy but quite effective.
